"Field Trip to the Fifth" Week at FGC

This week our Dragons were able to be the experts of our building as they were paired with a visiting fourth grade student.  On Monday, Team Water hosted Spoede.  On Tuesday, Team Air hosted Reed Elementary.  On Wednesday, Team Fire hosted Old Bonhomme and earlier today, Team Earth hosted Conway Elementary.  A great time was had by all.  Our students got to show off their leadership skills, and fourth graders hopefully had a great time as they learned all about the FGC and what it has to offer them.  Welcome to our newest Dragons.  We are so excited for you to come back in August (it will be here before you know it).

Fill the Barrel-Results

Congratulations FGC.....as a school, we donated 789 pounds of food (6 barrels worth) to Operation Food Search.  Team Fire brought in the most items, with Team Water being a close second.  It was a fun competition.  Our efforts as an FGC community will feed 269 people living in St. Louis for one day.  As a district we donated 7,704 pounds of food!  Go Ladue!!
