Spring Break is Here!

It is hard to believe Spring Break is already here.  This week at FGC was a great one, thanks in part to some great Career Cafe Speakers (a Psychologist and a Real Estate Developer).  Wishing all of our FGC families a very safe and relaxing Spring Break.  We will see you back soon.

                                     

                                               


                                                

                                           

Guest Speakers at the FGC

This semester we have been fortunate to have some really amazing guest speakers.  In addition to the fabulous storyteller Bobby Norfolk, we have also had the privilege of several educators from NCADA come to all homeroom classes and teach lessons about Digital Citizenship.  In addition, we have had a tremendous start to our Career Cafe.  So far, we have hosted a nurse, an attorney, a police officer, a computer engineer, a gastroenterologist, and an entrepreneur.  During the last quarter of fifth grade, we look forward to hosting a real estate developer, a broadcast marketing specialist, a psychologist and an auditor.  All our our outside speakers really help students make connections with our community and we are truly thankful for all of them.
